Our Braiders feature unique yarn tensioning system in wide range of models to meet perfectly with customer requirements such as number of spools, spool dimensions and weight, braiding speed, touch-screen PLC, and many more.

Flexplas Braiders boast many a feature as standard:
- 24 (12+12) to 72 (36+36) hives (spools); two/four drums
- Maximum speed 100 to 900 rpm (fits perfectly to customer’s production speed); minimum speed notaffecting the process
- Weight/Dimension of spool according to customer requirements
- Optional quick spool replacement system with expansible shaft and quick-change lids
- AC asynchronous motors with external fan; HP suitable to customer’s production speed
