REMOTE DIAGNOSIS AND SERVICE – Hotline service via telephone and internet to find out if a service technician is required on site. Remote diagnosis ensures that your problem will be analysed and fixed quickly and defective parts be identified correctly.
IN-HOUSE or ON-SITE FIELD SERVICE – We do in-house and on-site “Troubleshooting”. If the problem cannot be solved by remote troubleshooting, our skilled outdoor technicians are dispatched for onsite repair, or they show their skill in part repair at our factory. Our mechanics and electricians will get your machines up and running either at your site or at ours. Choice is yours!
SPARE PARTS SERVICE – In case of problems or breakdowns, we do supply you with suitable original spare parts as fast as possible with express delivery.
INSTALLATION – Our technicians provide you with support every step from setup to startup of your system. At your request we can train your operators as well.
